& Workshops

Parenting a teen or young adult can quietly become overwhelming. Conversations turn into conflict. Distance grows where there used to be a connection.

Most parents don't need more information. They need a way to feel steadier
and a path back to the kid they feel like they're losing. That's what this work is for.

Guided Parent Groups

Real support for real-life parenting challenges

Our parent groups bring together a small number of parents facing similar challenges, guided by experienced specialists who understand this stage of parenting.

These are not lectures. They are structured, supportive spaces where parents gain practical tools, shift how they respond in difficult moments, and begin to change patterns that have been exhausting their families.

Most parents leave surprised by how much lighter they feel having said it out loud.

Join Our Free
Monthly Q & A

Join our free monthly parent Q&A where our team of coaches offers practical guidance, honest conversation, and support for the challenges families face every day. Each session is shaped by real questions from parents navigating conflict, anxiety, emotional shutdown, school struggles, treatment transitions, and the stress of not knowing what to do next. While every family is different, many parents leave feeling less alone and more confident in how they move forward. Join us the first Wednesday of every month at 1:00 PM PT.

You Don't Have to Navigate This Alone.

Whether you need a weekly space to think, or a full reset with your family — there's a way forward that doesn't require you to have it all figured out first.
