Meet Bryan Wilde, MSW

Bryan Wilde, MSW

Parent Coach & Treatment Aftercare Specialist

I have over 20 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I received a BS in Interpersonal Communication and an MSW in Social Work from the University of Utah. My experience includes working as a therapist in adolescent residential settings, owning a private practice, starting a mental health clinic, and serving as chief operating officer and executive director in a residential setting. I have also worked as a senior human resources professional, counseling and coaching business leaders and employees.

As a parent coach and young person mentor, I offer parents an understanding and straightforward approach. Together, we will work to help you set expectations and boundaries, establish accountability, and explore ways to provide support while allowing your child to struggle, and even fall, in order to learn and grow.

You may ask, why would I want Bryan to be my parent coach? And I would say that is a great question. In addition to my professional experience, I have had the privilege of raising five children who are now independent adults living on their own. While I am no model parent, I have gained invaluable perspective that informs my work as a parent coach. My kids continue to surprise and teach me about parenting in ways I could not gain anywhere else. I have also come to see that the role of a parent does not end, but continues as a lifelong relationship.

I enjoy traveling, hiking, working out, laughing, music, learning, being active, and spending time with my partner and five adult children.
